Our history
Heard of this before? "A consultant asks to borrow your watch, tells you the time, and sends you a bill for their time-telling service?" - yeah, heard that - experienced that - and we set out to change that. As a few of us that had enterprise IT/Product leadership roles brainstormed about what we were seeing the management consulting industry move towards "repeatable cookie-cutter consulting products", we thought our bespoke approach might be valuable to some.
